Paloma Pachanga

Literally meaning “Dove Party,” Paloma Pachanga’s hunting fields were chosen for their location—the historic flyway for millions of migrating doves! Hunters can pick their shots, or sometimes limit out minutes after entering the field. Either way, celebration shall ensue after the guns are cased. Groups can gather poolside or at lavish pavilions to enjoy cool drinks, dinner and music—all while their birds are being cleaned! Clients can choose 5-star all-inclusive lodging or 1-day pavilion hunt packages. Paloma Pachanga boasts two beautiful lodges on property, Hacienda and Casitas.  Our lodges are perfect for that weekend getaway, family reunions, corporate retreats and much more.  Also situated on the property at Paloma Pachanga are multiple venues available to rent for weddings, bridal & baby showers, Christmas parties and other private events.  These venues include the Grand Pavilion, Pachanga Pavilion and Casitas Barn.

Hacienda

The Hacienda has a main house with four bedrooms.  The master suite offers a king size bed, a queen suite, and a room with a queen size bed and one room with two full size beds that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.  The Hacienda also has ten hotel style rooms situated around the pool.  Each room includes two full size beds and a bathroom.

The Hacienda is designed exclusively for groups and is able to accommodate up to 28 guests. Your private group will have access the Hacienda Swimming Pool boasting a rustic style with a beautiful waterfall, complete with lounge chairs, double sided fireplace and outdoor lighting.  Also included in your stay is access to the outdoor bar area which has a large screen tv and bar height tables and chairs.

Casitas

Casitas offers nine total rooms.  Three rooms have a king size bed and a separate sitting area with a pull out sofa and a large 55′ tv.  Six rooms have two double beds.  All of the rooms at Casitas have a coffee bar and private restroom.  

Rooms at Casitas can be rented individually during the off season.  You  will have access the Casitas Swimming Pool.  Our beautiful pool, climate controlled pool boasts a rustic style,  complete with lounge chairs and an outdoor fireplace.  Also included in your stay is access to the Casitas lounge area.

Paloma Pachanga offers a wide variety of activities beyond world class bird hunting. The Five Stand shotgun range is a place to gather, practice for the hunt or simply challenge your friends for the sheer fun of it.

The Grand Pavilion is a sight to behold by itself, much less when a couple hundred hungry dove hunters and their guests gather under its sprawling shade to cool down while celebrating a successful hunt. Special events, such as weddings, reunions and corporate events are all custom catered by our chef’s staff working the grill.

When it comes to concerts, the rolling hills, the brilliant sunsets and infinite stars in the night sky set the perfect stage to celebrate the undeniable connection between Texas and music. Venatura’s concert events will make the ranch a destination all year long.
